Clear Cookies Within Chrome

CLEAR COOKIES WITHIN CHROME

Occasionally, the system might not perform property.  A process may be out of sync.  The solution might be to remove the system’s cookies.

In the browser,

  1. Click on the 3 DOTS in the upper right corner
  2. Click on SETTINGS
  3. Scroll down to PRIVACY AND SECURITY
  4. Click on SITE SETTINGS
  5. Under CONTENT, click on COOKIES AND SITE DATA
  6. Click on SEE ALL SITE DATA AND PERMISSIONS
  7. Sort by NAME
  8. At the top of the column, find SEARCH COOKIES by the search icon and type LCAT in lower case.
  9. Find INSHERIFFSERVICES.COM
  10. Under that heading, find 3 (might be more) COOKIES
  11. Click the TRASH CAN.
  12. This will clear the cookies and you will be able to log in.
