How do I change the Sheriff’s name in the ATWS system?

To change the Sheriff’s name in the ATWS system, you MUST do the following:

Change Site Standards

  • Click on “Cash Book” on the main ATWS system menu
  • Click on “Maintenance” found on the top menu bar and then choose the “Site Standards” option
  • Enter the ATWS Administrative password
  • Change the Sheriff’s name which is found under the “Agent Information” section
  • Click the “Save & Exit” button

Change Notification letters

  • Click on “Tax Warrants” on the main ATWS system menu
  • Click on “Maintenance” on the top menu bar and click the “Setup Notification Letters” option
  • Do the next steps for each report found in the “Choose a notification to modify” drop-down box
    • Select a report from the “Select A Report” drop-down box
    • Review the information and change any where the Sheriff’s name is shown
  • Click the “Save Changes” button to save the changes when ALL reports have been reviewed and changed as needed
