Occasionally, the system might not display a window/page.  It could be that the window was blocked from displaying because of a setting with Chrome

In the browser,

1. Click on the 3 DOTS in the upper right corner
2. Click on SETTINGS
3. Scroll to the bottom and click ADVANCED
4. Under PRIVACY AND SECURITY click SITE SETTINGS
5. Click on POP-UPS AND REDIRECTS
6. Find the line that has ALLOW and the ADD box.
7. Click the ADD box.
8. Enter https://lcats.insheriffservices.com/
9. Click on ADD.
10. This will turn off the pop-up blocker and you will be able to print forms.
